Certificate of business establishment

Basically, the business establishment certificate or certificate of business establishment can be divided into 5 copies corresponding to the types of businesses including Sole proprietorship, One member limited liability company, limited liability company with two or more members, joint-stock company, and partnership. When registering a business establishment, the business owner needs to choose the right form of business establishment application and accurately declare the information.

Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 10 of Decree No. 122/2020/ND-CP, the form of application for business establishment, notice on registration of operation of branches, representative offices/business locations issued together with this Decree will replace Appendices I-1 to I-5, and Appendix II-11 issued together with Circular 02/2019/TT-BKHDT.

Certificate of business establishment of a one-member limited liability company

Certificate of business establishment of a limited liability company with two or more members

Certificate of business establishment of a Joint Stock Company

Certificate of business establishment of a partnership
